SER Model

Current Definition
The seeding, evolutionary growth, and reseeding (SER) model is a process model for the sustained evolution of DODEs. It provides a conceptual framework for the development of open (rather than closed) systems. The SER model describes social and technical interactions that take place around the use of DODEs over an extended period of time.
